I have unlimited internet plan on my 3G phone can I connect it to laptop? [UK]?
Can I utilise that 3G connection for browsing on PC? I am using T-Mobile UK. Nokia 5230

Which phone is it? Using the 3g connection on your PC is called tethering. Sometimes carriers charge more just for the ability to tether but there could be a way around it depending on what type of phone you have.
