I restored my laptop and now my UK keyboard is messed up. How to get it back to normal?
My @ Key is now SHIFT + 2. I don't even know how to get the UK pound sign (currency).

u probly have the NUM LOCK on, press it again and turn it off. Tell me if that works or not but thats the most common cause

Go into the control panel and select regional and language options. Add a UK keyboard layout and delete the US layout and you are sorted.

Check the drivers. for the keyboard you use. when you re-do a computer, default info gets set up again. if it came with software, use it. Otherwise, it will only work as a normal keyboard

Sounds like you're having the wrong keyboard layout. Go to Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options. On the Languages tab, press the Details button. In here, you can select your keyboard layout.
