*UK* will the link provided work effectively as a laptop fan as my inbuilt one has stopped working?

Hi there, The external "coolers" will help but the internal fans are designed to efficeintly remove the heat build-up from the processor and other internal parts. The external cooler can not do the job you need to have the internal fan replaced (possibly the wire inside has came loose and will be an easy fix). Hope this helps, Al
